All of these things are factors that can definitely contribute to your overall well-being. A new app called Moo-Q is an app that wants to document these behaviors, so you become more aware of the impact your mood, however good or bad, has on your life. This is implemented with a daily quiz that attempts to narrow down when you are most productive, and what is a possible correlation it has to mood.
This app is available for free in the iTunes App Store. Moo-Q will start with a few simple questions about how you’re feeling. You can adjust the sliders according to how you’re feeling, whether you’re stressed, relaxed, or irritable. Once the sliders are adjusted, Moo-Q will run through a series of quick mini-tests that are designed to give your brain a bit of a boost. Tests get progressively hard, and memorization is crucial in doing well on the tests that this app offers.
